After having slept at the largest petrol station I've ever seen at the outskirts of Luxembourg (we were actually on our way back to Germany to find a place to sleep, but we ended up sleeping in the car at the petrol station) we went into town the following morning to get a good breakfast.

nothing was open yet when we arrived except from a baker, none of them spoke English and the word sandwich was not something they understood, but we did get ourself a nice breakfast in the end.
